At the end of July, the owner made the decision to terminate the previous manager and has since taken direct responsibility for the department. With 25 years of experience as a Service Director, he is implementing swift changes, though some improvements will take time. As you may know, finding qualified staff in the service industry is challenging, and thorough training is essential.
