FANTASTIC dealership and Matt is the GREATEST!! Back in August I had an accident with my 2002 Grand Am and really wanted to replace the car with a similar vehicle. I found Kelly Chevrolet on the internet and discovered a 2003 Grand Am so e-mailed them and within 6 hours I got an e-mail from the manager saying that someone would contact me, and that same day Matt Gariti called me and gave me a thorough description of the car!!! I had a lot of questions since I had never bought a car over the phone and Matt was kind enough to check out all of my questions and took the car for a 36 mile drive to check everything out. He described everything to me thoroughly and was not whatsoever pushy which I really appreciated. He was TOTALLY upfront and honest with everything I asked. No 12 year old car is going to be totally perfect, but this vehicle was very close to perfection, and Matt told me everything I needed to know and had me sold on this Grand Am. I immediately scheduled a flight to the Philadelphia airport and since my flight arrived after midnight I stayed at a nearby motel near the airport. Matt picked me up the next morning from the motel driving about a half hour out of his way and then another 30 minutes with me back to Kelly Chevrolet. It's a RARE find to find someone as accommodating as Matt Gariti. We had a chance to visit on the way back to Kelly. He then took me for a ride in my new car and let me drive it as well. I was totally impressed and handed him the check right there They prepared the paperwork very promptly, and Matt even printed out directions for me on MapQuest to get me back on I-80 back to Wisconsin. I was on my way back to Wisconsin in less than 2 hours after arriving Kelly Chevrolet that morning!! After driving the car 1065 miles back to Wisconsin I knew I selected the right vehicle, the right dealership, and most of all, the right sales person to help me out. I'll fly back to Philadelphia anytime to deal with Matt and Kelly Chevrolet for my new or used vehicles. THANKS Matt for everything you did to make this a smooth and pleasant transaction, AND it was a beautiful ride with the autumn colors going through Pennsylvania. More

Helpful ! Even though I purchased my Chevy Equinox elsewhere, I stopped in to Kelly Chevrolet with a question about my back seat headrests. the truck i wanted in 2 days I have been going to Kelly Chevy since I bought my 2000 Silverado from Matt Gariti. I took my 2007 Silverado there also for service. We had looked everywhere but I should have saved myself weeks of hunting and came right to the kelly dealership! Matt was amazing ! Everyone was so nice and we were greated right away. Negotiated a number for my trade in with an accurate description of my vehicle. (they gave me a ball park value over phone/internet). Drove to dealer 30 minutes later, let them see my trade in and they were able to deliver new SUV polished and buffed by 2:45pm. This is what to expect .... no hassle, no B*ll Sh*t .....just excellent service. I have bought 3 cars so far from Kelly. They will give you a fair market price and treat you very well. Ask for Matt Gariti ! More
