Everyone I dealt with was very helpful as well as friendly. The finance guys were extremely helpful in getting my loans through the system. I had totaled two cars on black ice in a week, they h friendly. The finance guys were extremely helpful in getting my loans through the system. I purchased my first Chevy at Kelly Chevrolet in 1998 and I haven't stop since! I was introduced to the Kelly way of doing things and never felt better about a sales experience. I was treated with respect, friendliness and professionalism. Things haven't changed in all these years! I drive by about a 1/2 dozen other dealerships or more from my home in Ridley Park, Pa to Kelly Chevrolet which is about a 1hr drive. Matt Garitti is just a true professional he is well trained and can answer all my questions on any make or model. Not only does he walk me through the sale, he stays in touch with me between my purchases to see how I'm doing in general. I believe it starts at the (top) with solid leadership and that means Steve Kelly, who always makes it a point to say hi whether I'm in for service or a new vehicle. That professionalism flows right on down to every department, which makes it so much easier to get the sale done. I quess you can say I'm a lifer with the Kelly family, so at 61yrs old I still have a few deals to make with Matt & Steve and the rest of the Kelly family! My boyfriend and I were giving our new 2013 Chevy Cruze a wash in the self service car wash next door to Kelly Chevrolet, when our key fell into the grate under the car. The car was locked and we had no way wash in the self service car wash next door to Kelly Chevrolet, when our key fell into the grate under the car. The car was locked and we had no way to get in, and the key fell into a grate full of stagnant water and mud. I decided to run next door to Kelly to see if they could help us. Not only did they help us, but we were able to finally find the key and drive home. The sales associates present in the showroom at the time all helped with my situation. They called on star and told them to remotely unlock the doors (luckily my free trial was still active), and Ernest unlocked the stick so we could put the car in neutral and move it away from the grate. He also went back to the dealership to grab plastic bags so we didn't have to stick our bare hands into the muddy watery grate. Luckily after a few minutes of digging, we found the key. I can't thank the guys at Kelly Chevrolet more. Not only am I a Chevy owner for life, but I know I can always depend on the people working in Chevy dealers. More

Kelly Chevrolet went above and beyond our expectations! We bought our Tahoe at another dealership and had problems with the car. The other dealership, reedman toll, was not helpful at all. Kelly Chevrolet worked on our car and worked with us when the problem couldn't be fixed. They helped us purchase a new Tahoe and really worked with us to help us out. I highly recommend them. They did not have to help us out ,especially since we didn't buy our car there. We really appreciate all that they did for us and we will only buy cars from Kelly Chevrolet from here on out. Their staff is wonderful and very welcoming. Thank you to Matt for being patient and working with us to find the vehicle we wanted!! More
