Well with the help of the terrific team of managers and Matt who is a solid professional salesman it was quick and easy! People ask me why I drive so far to get a Chevy well for me it's all about the gold standard that Kelly Chevrolet and the people that work there provide me with whether it's service or a new vehicle. They weren't interested in selling the vehicle, they were interested in finding a way to help me both get the reliable vehicle I needed, as well as improve my credit. Matt and Paul were personable and understood life happened (not always for the best). They both went beyond their positions to ensure that I got the vehicle and financing that made it possible. It may be embarrassing, even awkward, but be honest when you go in to look at vehicles. You will find they aren't judgmental, are understanding and will see the lengths they are willing to go in order to help you. This is the best dealership experience I ever had. Not only did Kelly Chevrolet have the best price, they responded promptly to all of my inquiries, and respected the fact that I did not want any phone calls since the purchase was to be a gift. They corresponded with me via email in a prompt, courteous, and professional manner. James ( "Sarge") was very helpful via email. Paul, the sales manager, was absolutely amazing. The dealership is an hour from my home. Yes, there are many dealerships closer to me, but I was impressed with Kelly's customer service from the beginning, which led me to keep them in the running as I narrowed my search. I am so glad that I did! Once I made the drive to see the vehicle & decided it was the one, I explained that I had a very small window of time to complete the transaction. Not only did they expedite the paperwork so that I could be out of the dealership quickly, but they offered to deliver the vehicle to me on CHRISTMAS EVE, with a bow! Remember that the dealership is an hour away from my home! Who does that? Kelly Chevrolet, that is who! They delivered the vehicle with a full tank of gas and a smile! Every single person I dealt with, from the sales manager to the salesman, the finance person to the lovely gentleman who delivered my car on Christmas Eve, was just awesome. They were as excited about the surprise as I was and took every precaution to be sure that no one was tipped off by someone accidentally calling from the dealership. They stuck to email only and waited for me to call them. Paul was so excited about the surprise that he asked me to call and let him know how it went and to send in pictures! Even after the sale when I discovered that the manual was inadvertently removed from the car while they were detailing it, Paul immediately rectified the situation and mailed a manual to me. That is the true definition of customer service. I will absolutely recommend Kelly Chevrolet and use them in the future. It was definitely worth the drive! Thank you, Kelly Chevrolet! More
