I recently purchased my first car and had the pleasure of working with Matt Gladwell as my salesman. From the moment I arrived, he was kind, patient, and incredibly informative. I came in with an idea of wha working with Matt Gladwell as my salesman. From the moment I arrived, he was kind, patient, and incredibly informative. I came in with an idea of what I wanted, and he really listened, helping me explore the right options without ever making me feel pressured. As a first-time buyer going through the process alone, I was nervous, but Matt made me feel completely comfortable and supported. He took the time to explain everything clearly, especially around financing and paperwork, which helped me feel confident in my decisions. I was also able to make a fair trade-in and drove away in a safe, reliable car that fits my needs perfectly. It checked all the boxes I had in mind, and I truly feel like I made the right choice. Matt’s professionalism and care stood out the entire time.
