I can’t say enough about Matt Gladwell, Ryan Spence and Bill Utnick and how friendly, helpful and informative they have been thru this whole process. Most especially because this is only the second time I Bill Utnick and how friendly, helpful and informative they have been thru this whole process. Most especially because this is only the second time I bought a new car. My old Rav was a 2003!! Matt has been kind and patient with all of my questions and continues to do so. Matt Gladwell was incredibly patient and understanding in helping us choose the right vehicle and getting a great value. He was more than happy to do anything to help us feel comfortable with our purchase, a helping us choose the right vehicle and getting a great value. He was more than happy to do anything to help us feel comfortable with our purchase, and ultimately we definitely felt like we got a fantastic deal and folks were looking out for us. He even went back to our old vehicle we traded in and retrieved CDs (remember those?!) of sentimental value. The rest of the team was no different, especially the other Matt that got us through our paperwork and so forth. Their follow up has been fantastic, and we definitely will be going back for our next vehicle! More
