We worked with Matt Gladwell on a new Grand Highlander. We had been on the waiting list with Matt since the announcement of the new model. While Matt was exceptionally easy to work with and maintained good contact with us. We just happened to be on the lot looking a new arrival that was of a color we didn't want and noticed a new arrived unit that was on our waiting list choices. The Sales Manager's approach to allowing the vehicle to be sold to anyone walking on to the lot while I tried to get my wife over to see this vehicle from 45 mins away was a little off putting. We ended up working something out and was able to purchase the unit, but it does make me wary of the process in the future. More

I love everything about how everyone at the Fred Anderson Toyota of Charleston dealership works in tandem and communicates with another. Buying our new Tundra last week could not have been any easier. Also M Toyota of Charleston dealership works in tandem and communicates with another. Buying our new Tundra last week could not have been any easier. Also Matt Gladwell was incredibly helpful and easy to work with. Blake also did an amazing job helping us find a truck that worked within our budget (and surpassed our expectations), and Victoria was also super helpful in helping keep the inventory ball rolling for us. And Jeremy made the financing piece the easiest it has been for us at your dealership yet. We will continue to buy from this dealership for years to come. More
