Robert, Our invitation still stands to call in and speak to us about your experience. We want to make sure your concerns are heard. To address your concerns with our VIP Program, we do not deny that we give our Program Members incentive to promote us on a social media platform in return for services. This is a business practice that is extremely popular and successful in today's social media centered world. Companies like Instagram and Youtube pay "influencers" to promote their brand. If a Strong VW customer wishes to engage in a business agreement to promote our dealership, we in return offer them the perks of being a VIP member. This is a two way agreement and is in no way something that a customer is pressured or tricked to take part in. To suggest anything different reflects a lack of understanding of the program rather than a flaw in the VIP Program itself. To discontinue our VIP Program would result in thousands of our happy and satisfied customers to no longer be able to benefit from their perks they earned for simply promoting us on social media after their purchase. I hope this was helpful in giving you and others understanding about the Strong VIP Program.

If our experience isn't typical, why is it that other review sites (that you have no ability to filter reviews on) all have about the same thing to say? We got horrible service and follow up from Strong VW as soon as we were out the door with our Tiguan. Sales couldn't even be bothered to try to get an additional sale, probably one of the worst experiences Ive had for a follow up. Again, your VIP program is a joke, especially when your sales people use threats of "We'll cancel your VIP if you give us a bad review." and require you to leave a positive review before they'll allow you to utilize it. Cover up, hide, and bury the bad reviews. They will get out there someday. I seriously doubt Strong VW would have any of those awards if they were based on honesty instead of a deflated "who pays us the most $ gets the award" bunch of exaggerated marketing hype that is deprecated by allowing companies to buy into their program. If you truly cared about your customers and their experience with your company, you would look up my info from the sale, reach out to me, and do what an honest person would do to make things right instead of pushing me off to someone else. Why should you care though? You got our $, that's all Strong VW cares about. All it ever cares about, regardless of the bad reputation they build for themselves along the way.

Again, if Strong VW cared for any of the reputation they state they have (ie the reputation they pay tons of $ to market) you would go the extra mile (that you always state you do in your ads!) and reach out to me. It is not my job to reach out to you, nor is it my job to fix this relationship, nor to fix the poor service your dealership provides, nor to fix the poor salesmanship of your staff. This is your job. You can do it properly, you can try to make this right, to fix this relationship and your business, or you can know that you have forever lost yet another customer and former advocate for your business. My invitation still stands: you can contact me and negotiate to make this right, or you can continue to prove that everything I have stated is true. I am done doing your job.
