Accommodating, Friendly, Knowledgeable, and Caring The associates were very accommodating, so I always felt that they were willing to do whatever necessary to make what I wanted happen. And even when I was being "difficult" they maintained their friendliness. All the associates were very knowledgeable to my vehicle, features, and other factors that affect the loan and warranties. Matt, and the rest of the associates I dealt with were so caring and understanding with the unique situation I had in the process of purchasing a vehicle, which is why I ultimately chose Wilde over the rest!
