Very recently we noticed that our car needed inspection by the end of the month. Our problem, we made the mistake. Called for appointment thinking we are going to be late on our inspection and will need to deal with it if we get pulled over. Matt got us scheduled right away so that we were legal. We took the car in and realized that we had the owners card for our other vehicle with us. Since we live 40 minutes away from the dealer we were in a panic. We assumed that we would need to make another appointment and drive with expired inspection sticker. Matt calmly told us what to do to get a copy and took our car in for inspection after registration issues were solved. He saved us so much stress and hassle! Going above and beyond for his customers is very much appreciated! More
