Vehicle: Black on Black Legacy Favorite part about working at Jenkins Subaru: Friendships. We spend more time at the dealership than we do at home, but in our free time you will find us hanging out together. Bio/Hobbies: I am a graduate of Northwood University in Midland, Michigan with a degree in Automotive Marketing and Business Management. Upon graduation, I returned to West Virginia to work for the family business, Jenkins Ford. I have worked in literally every department of the dealership, from detail to sales. In April 2014, our family purchased the Subaru dealership. I enjoy running the day to day operations and working closely with our customers to ensure that they receive the best service possible. My hobbies include: Watching Formula 1 racing, driving fast, traveling when time allows, and spending time with family and friends.

Everything was ok with the oil change. When the oil change was finished, the employee pulled my Forester into the garage. He kept the motor running. I was paying for the oil change. After I paid the bill, I got into the Forester and drove to Ollies at the top of the hill. After buying some books, I went out to my vehicle. The door was locked and my keys were in the cup holder. As I was standing next to my vehicle, a woman cane by and asked if I needed any help. We tried calling Subaru and told them my password that I had saved in the "Notes" app in my cell phone. The company was of no help. I called Jenkins Subaru and they finally said they would send a boy to unlock the vehicle. In the meantime, the woman pushed on the password in "Notes" and said, try to open the door. It opened. In the future the Jenkins employees should hand the keys to the customer! More

My purchase of the Palisade was quick from the time I found it in the lot til I drove off was 2hrs. Sales was great! Bri was amazing and very informative.
