This dealership and I setup a deal on a car. I was rushed into finance and didn't even get to mikes desk and I was rushed into finance one page covering another so I couldnt see the contract. I was assured the deal was correct and I was just signing no as I wanted no extras. Well upon getting home the contract was full of extras I didn't want and being that he assure me it was all correct I made the mistake of trusting a car salesman. Now I am on the hook for more money than we agreed upon and they are not willing to help. Do not use any Boucher dealerships as I having the last name have always bought my cars through Boucher. No longer as I was grossly over charged and now am on the hook for these fees he added that I didn't approve. I promise you go to EVS or anywhere but Boucher or you are asking to get ripped off. If you do buy a car ask to see the contract and take it home before signing as they will take you for any dollar they can get. I offered multiple solutions and they are unwilling to help me? After over 15 cars I have bought through Boucher. Well never again and I promise you you won't get scammed at EVS or any other dealership than Boucher. The contract is even written wrong g prices on the contract I have a 100 mile car I don't even want to look at after getting robbed by Boucher VW or any Boucher dealerships. I have not had issues till now so I can only tell you I was pushed into finance as Mikey tillman the person who gave me a deal and then wrote it up wrong and with exorbitant fees. Buy private over these criminals and I promise you will be better off for it. My last name is Boucher and as I have said I will never buy a car or anything from these crooks. Proceed with extreme caution as they will sneak fees in and not tell you about and then make it seem like he was in a rush? I just bought a 50k dollar golf R you should givee all the time in the world! That's what makes a shady salesman vs a salesman looking to earn your business. He couldn't even get my VW app to work, couldn't get me out faster as if I saw the fees I would have stopped the deal. It's you typical slimy car salesman tricks. Don't buy from dealerships that don't care about their customers. We are the buyers don't let these fools make you think they are doing you a favor and then loaded my contract up with exorbitant fees that I can do nothing about they say so we will see. I stand by my review as sales is all customer service and how you get repeat and refeal business. Boucher VW is not who you should use. I was blatantly lied to and told nothing they could do! Please do yourself a favor and go to a dealership that what's your repeat business and that's not done by lying saying the car was sticker, taxes and 1 fee that couldn't be reversed. This dealership not only added fees but made them considerably higher than standard. I will say it one last time stay away from Boucher dealerships and mile Tillman expecally as he lied right to my face and now is lying to his managers. Good luck you just won't find anything but trouble with Boucher dealerships as I work any one I know will be using any Boucher services or anything I can do to give these dealers a dime after ripping me off. So think of all the lost profit in 1 sale well I have 2 friends looking for tiguans and one a GTI I at first was proud to say go to Boucher! Well not anymore. They flip you off to your backs as they just pulled a bait and switch on a 20+ year solid customer buying a new car every 2-3 years. All my referrals will go elsewhere and promise you you won't regret getting a fast one pulled on you. If I can keep these 3 friends from Boucher I have made you aware buyer beware and the profits they will lose over this will cost them way more than keeping a happy customer. Poor salesman had to rely on bait and switch to get me tobuy the car. It has 100 miles and I told them I am so frustrated over this lack of support or help on my purchase and will take a loss.
