The sale people and managers were very polite but just like any dealership there were hidden facts and fees. Also they lied about the speed of the deal many times, it took over 5 hours and my wife and I h like any dealership there were hidden facts and fees. Also they lied about the speed of the deal many times, it took over 5 hours and my wife and I had a new born that we had to try to accommodate and keep happy. And lastly because the deal took so long at the end of the night long past the closing time of the dealership we were in a hurry to get home so we quickly unloaded everything out of our old car into our new car and on the way home I had to stop for gas and when I got to look at the car under the lights I realized that they gave me the wrong car! I had to go back the next day and switch everything over again. And in that process they lost one of the keys to the car. It made things pretty inconvenient and irritating. More
