Leasing a new car at Metro Lexus I went into Metro Lexus to extend the lease on my much-loved 2015 Lexus and came away with a brand new car the same day. This is a testament to the quality of the Lexus Hybrid brand and, more importantly, to the persuasive nature of Matt Long's salesmanship. He contacted me in April to remind me that my lease was to expire in a few months and that I should consider the features of the new brand of Hybrids. Of course, the superb engineering and excellent safety features of the car are primary issues for any buyer, but Matt explained all the features and benefits of the UX250h in the showroom as well as on the test drive. He answered all my questions patiently and put me through to Denae Jones, who expertly worked out the finance details of the lease best suited to my needs; he got Yasmeen Jaffal to go over the controls of the car with me in detail. He also spoke to my insurance agent and switched over the insurance from the old to the new car immediately. All this took a good deal of time, but I never felt that he was rushing me or that he needed to get on to the next client in a hurry. In fact, the courtesy and professionalism of Matt (especially) and of the all the staff I worked with was a major factor in acquiring this elegant and beautifully crafted machine. More
