Matt Long handled my entire process from ordering my GX550, to turning in my leased GX460, to delivering my new GX550. From start to finish Matt kept me updated on the progress of locating and shipping GX550, to turning in my leased GX460, to delivering my new GX550. This was my first purchase of a Lexus NX 350, and I was pleasantly surprised. Matt was so great to work with. He made the whole buying experience enjoyable.
