Metro Lexus offers an amazing experience when getting a new vehicle. From the test drive through the purchase, everyone was kind, knowledgeable, and responsive, without being pushy. My recent purchase was my fifth Lexus from Metro, and I believe Matt has handled three of those vehicles for me. Mat is responsive, direct, easy to work with and thoroughly professional. Tysean was kind enough to take me through the technical gadgetry and features of the vehicle and was equally as kind not to laugh at some of my stupid questions. ALl in all Metro lived up to its fine reputation. My first lased vehicle from Metro was in 2003, so I have lots of experience with them, all quite pleasant. I did not finance the vehicle so those questions are not answered below. More
