From the moment we arrived at Joyce Buick we were pleasantly greeted, then introduced to Matt Molton, who answered every question and volunteered an abundance of additional information regarding the Verano. We were impressed with Matt's knowledge of this car, which is a large part of why we chose to buy the Verano. We drove it, they worked up a deal as far as our trade in and the out the door cost. We were leaving on vacation the following day so didn't want to make any rash decisions. They were ever so cooperative and advised us that the offer stands and to let them know when we got back if we wanted to move forward on this deal. They were NEVER pushy, and we appreciated that a lot. Matt walked us through every step of making the deal and has offered to be there anytime we had questions or needs regarding our new Verano. Love the car, enjoyed the experience of buying it and would highly recommend Joyce Buick to everyone. Matt is a definite asset to this dealership. Peg & Dale Burkepile More

Matt was very knowledgeable and knew the vehicle well. He took the time and showed us everything about the vehicle. I have to say in my 45 years of buying cars he had to have spent the most time with us of a took the time and showed us everything about the vehicle. I have been a customer of Joyce Buick GMC of Mansfield for 14 years. I recently returned my leased Saturn Vue and was assisted by Matt Molton in my selection of a new 2012 GMC Terrain. Matt was easy to for 14 years. I recently returned my leased Saturn Vue and was assisted by Matt Molton in my selection of a new 2012 GMC Terrain. Matt was easy to work with, listened to my requests and questions, and gave me several options to consider in picking out my new vehicle. I never felt rushed or pressured and Matt's technical knowledge and patience rates five stars. With the assistance of Matt and Brian Joyce I was able to make my selection, complete the required paperwork, and leave with the new vehicle all in the same day. Matt was very interested in our needs and trying to find exactly what we wanted to buy. He did not try to oversell us on something we weren't interested in for our Terrain. In all the years that I have dealt with dealerships, and there have been many, Joyce Buick GMC of Mansfield, Ohio was my best experience thus far, and it was Matt Mollen who did it! He gave me unbelievable attention to details along with his personal attention to the sale, education of the new vehicle, execution and follow ups. When you asked Matt questions, no question was unimportant. From a customer's perspective, Matt Mollen gave you a sense that your dealings with the dealership was of trust; and since Matt is the initial person in the dealership that interactes with the customer, he set for me the sales tone, mood and etc. with the dealership as being the best. It was worth driving the extra miles from our home to Joyce Buick GMC because Matt Molton went the "extra mile" for us. We started the purchase process on a Saturday afternoon and had to return on Monda Joyce Buick GMC because Matt Molton went the "extra mile" for us. We started the purchase process on a Saturday afternoon and had to return on Monday to complete our purchase. Matt topped off the gas tank both times and gave us Subway gift cards for lunch. We were given a loaner car to use while services were completed on our new vehicle. Matt is extremely sincere and knows his product. He answered all of our questions about the GMC Acadia's features. Matt helped us get our OnStar services and Bluetooth set up as well. We are very happy with our Acadia and glad we went to Joyce to purchase it. More

The overall experience has been enlightening. I have been to a number of dealerships in my day, this one stands out above all. The atmosphere is very warm and genuine. Matt remembered me by name when I appro to a number of dealerships in my day, this one stands out above all. The atmosphere is very warm and genuine. Matt remembered me by name when I approached him, unannounced. I was last in about 2 months ago. I purchased the vehicle and brought it in for the promised hitch installation therefore, I experienced the service department. I was pleasantly surprised at the atmosphere there too. I couldn't beleive there were technicians that have been there for 30 plus years! Tells you what kind of Company Joyce is. One more thing that is unbelievable....Matt will run your vehicle through their automatic car wash, for free! Just stop by anytime they say, and they will clean it up for you, the customer, what a concept! To me, it's an old school, customer first, shake your hand, look you in the eye, and get you what you want approach, that gets my business everytime! I know we live in Zanesville but will bring both our vehicles to Joyce for service. Well done to everyone at Joyce nd to Matt for being the Ambassador! More
