Byron Christian was a pleasure to work with, although the truck was right on priced from the beginning he knocked me travel expense's off the cost. I drove from Shelbyville, Ky. because the 2008 4-runner was the perfect vehicle for me. when I got there the truck was everything advertised and more. Matt Molton looked at several finance options and found me the best deal for my money. I highly recommend anyone looking for a vehicle, new or pre owned give these guys first look. I would drive that trip again, three and a half hours one way if they had any vehicle I was interested in. Thanks guys. More

I believe within 30 seconds I told him I hated sales people and car shopping. HaHa Other than it being a 92 degree day, the day went perfect. To be honest I can't say enough about the respect everyone (Patrick, Matt Molton, Dayna Molton, Bill Joyce and Mark Molton) showed my wife, myself and Ranger our dog. I could've sat and talked with Mr. Bill Joyce all day. How often does dealership owner 1) greet you 2) sit down and talk, not just about buying a vehicle 3) explained in detail about the vehicle? I have never experienced this before. Back to my salesman Patrick Horn, what a laid back guy and happens to be a UK fan. Go CATS! He kept me informed of updates like promised. The extras we asked for he came through like promised and prompt. He even delivered our vehicle to us and picked up our trade in. I highly recommend you asking for him when you look into purchasing your next vehicle. Matt Molton, a little windy (not in a bad way though) but upfront. May take a minute to get to end of the road but it was a pleasure working with him as well. Dayna Molton kept Ranger entertained for a few minutes while we sat inside on this hot day. Mark Molton, the behind the scene guy who happens to handle your financing. Explained everything in detail and let you ask questions if needed, which we greatly appreciated. We have only one negative thing to say. The detail department could spend a little extra time cleaning vehicle. Other than that it was a great experience. What we mostly enjoyed is the "no pressure" buying experience. I can not stress that enough! I will most definitely call Joyce next time we purchase a vehicle. Great job Joyce!! Philip & Sara More

So hands down the new sierra being the best looking truck on the road I went to Joyce to look around. They're sales team was second to none, Zech my salesman and Matt the sales manager made sure that I didn't leave until I was completely satisfied with my purchase. A few days later my father took me to the dealership to pick up my new truck and that same day he purchased a new truck from Joyce. Very happy with the whole experience and I will be back to purchase from them in the future. More

I would definitely try Joyce GMC first when I choose to buy another vehicle. Service dept is wonderful and personable. Sales manager Matt was very knowledgable on some technical questions we had about apple car play and syncing our phones. The dealer ship was very clean and neat. The service dept waiting area was comfortable and plenty of beverages and snacks while you wait. More
