I would like to recognize the excellent customer service I received at Napleton’s Kia of Mid Rivers beginning on December 3, 2025. My 2016 Kia Sportage LX was towed in due to an unknown noise under the h I received at Napleton’s Kia of Mid Rivers beginning on December 3, 2025. My 2016 Kia Sportage LX was towed in due to an unknown noise under the hood. From the moment it arrived, the process was handled professionally and efficiently. Mr. Liam promptly gathered my information, explained the next steps, and ensured I received a timely diagnosis. I especially appreciated the real-time video inspection, which clearly explained the issue and recommended repairs. When transportation was needed, Mr. Liam arranged a loaner vehicle and kept me informed through the dealership’s text messaging system. Later, Mr. Matthews became my primary point of contact and provided clear updates regarding repair timing, warranty coverage, and costs. An additional tire rotation was requested and completed without issue. The communication, transparency, and professionalism demonstrated by both Mr. Liam and Mr. Matthews made this a very positive experience. The service department is terrible. I brought my vehicle in because AC was not working. The vehicle was covered under full manufacturer warranty. I was charged $305.99 for coolant to b I brought my vehicle in because AC was not working. The vehicle was covered under full manufacturer warranty. I was charged $305.99 for coolant to be put in the vehicle. A new vehicle should not need coolant unless there is an underlying issue. They said they checked for leaks but obviously did not. I had to take my vehicle to Lou Fusz Kia where it was checked properly and the cause of the problem was a leak in the AC line. I worked with Matt Oswald at Kia Napleton who led me to believe he was the manager when indeed he was not. THEY ARE DISHONEST AND DO NOT STAND BEHIND KIA PRODUCTS. I drove a toyota prius for years and never had any issues. The least KIA can do is stand behind their products. More
