We purchased a car from Matthew Pettis at this dealership. We were told that all paperwork would be taken care and plates would be in the mail. Here we are 3 months later and they are telling me t dealership. We were told that all paperwork would be taken care and plates would be in the mail. Here we are 3 months later and they are telling me to drive on expired plates and they will reimburse me if pulled over... What a joke.. They have not submitted the paperwork to Indiana BMV. I am now forced to file complaint with Illinois State Secretary. I repeat Do not buy a car from here. DO NOT TRUST MATT PETTIS, SOFIA RAMIREZ OR THEO NOOR. To sum up our experience, the salesman pressured us into buying the car with 0 money down because this car is not very expensive and the dealership still needs to make money. That is what he said quote for quote. Thank god we are smart and did not listen to that terrible advice. DO NOT GO HERE. More
