He was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and truly focused on finding the perfect vehicle for my family, not just making a quick sale. The entire process was smooth: the inventory selection was impressive, and the pricing was completely transparent with no hidden fees. Furthermore, the finance portion was handled swiftly and efficiently by Tyla, the Finance Manager. It is rare to find a dealership that truly prioritizes the customer's needs. The manager is sneaky and untrustworthy will taking advantage of the situation, without you seeing it. This will be the worst experience trust me, think twice before you even contact this place. Second time to this place and was a huge mistake for me. They treat you as if you’re coming off the street for the first time looking at a vehicle, manager he could care less that you previously purchased from them. There are Acura dealers all over who will take care of you, and actually appreciate your business. More

I have owned or leased 26 cars since getting my license many years ago. The most recent was leasing an RDX last week. I did lots of searching and comparing online, and the lease deal advertised at Acura of many years ago. The most recent was leasing an RDX last week. I did lots of searching and comparing online, and the lease deal advertised at Acura of Boston was far below Acura’s national offers, as well as any I found at other dealers. I made an appointment online to test drive the car. I arrived early and was greeted promptly by Miguel, the sales associate. He was professional and courteous. We went through the usual info gathering, which took only a few minutes, and he brought the car around for the drive. There was the usual back and forth about lease terms, etc., but I didn’t feel pressured at all. Since I was already quite sure this was the vehicle I wanted, I decided to go ahead with the lease. I got the deal as advertised on the vehicle I had chosen. Miguel was a pleasure to work wok with. I’d recommend him to anyone. The finance process was a bit delayed but otherwise fine. I’ve worked with many dealers, and Acura of Boston was definitely one of the best! I love the RDX and am a very satisfied customer! More
