Matt Sensel

Owner and General Manager were very unprofessional. I purchased a used truck here. The salesperson I talked to was very professional and helpful, and everything was going great, until the owner and gen I purchased a used truck here. The salesperson I talked to was very professional and helpful, and everything was going great, until the owner and general manager started yelling and cussing at an employee who had apparently made a mistake and told a customer wrong information on a vehicle. They were yelling at the employee and even called him some names I'd rather not repeat. All this was going on right there in the showroom for everyone to hear! I felt so bad for the employee. I stopped another sales person and asked who the two guys were who were yelling at the employee, and he said, "Rob Marshall (owner) and Matt Sensel (General Manager)". Maybe I'm a little old fashioned, but seeing and hearing this was enough to completely turn me off from this dealership. I will never spend another cent here. If an owner will treat his employees this way, how much do you think he really cares about the customer? More

Went into Dry Ridge on a Thursday, expecting to just look and take a test drive of a 2013 Tacoma. Instead, I got some solid and fair numbers and two days later, went back and purchased the truck. Haven't regretted it since. Love the vehicle and love the atmosphere and the people who I dealt with. Will definitely go back for my next Toyota purchase, although I love my new truck so much that it may be quite a while till I go "Truck Shopping" again. Great price. Great attitude. Great total experience. More
