Here is how Matt was able to ease my concerns: - He was always available to take me call and answer an questions I had - He constant kept providing me with status updates - The process was extremely easy and professional - Matt sent me a LOT of pictures of the car - He inspected the car as if he was buying it for himself and called out every potential thing I might notice On the day that I received my F-Type, the driver had just arrived and we were inspecting the car together. Matt happened to call the driver while this was happening just to check on the status so he can provide me with an update. That right there is service.
