Matt Taneja , I went car shopping at Crown Jaguar for the 2nd time in a month to look for a new vehicle immediately proceeding my prior purchase of a classic j , I went car shopping at Crown Jaguar for the 2nd time in a month to look for a new vehicle immediately proceeding my prior purchase of a classic jewel of 2003 XKR. I was met greeted by Matt Taneja, who made me as always feel comfortable at the showroom and he showed us around and guided me through the available cars there vs ordering a new car from the factory as planned since I had a lease not expiring on my BMW X5 until May of 2020. After a quick comparison and review of release and order dates he selected the exact car in Certified Pre Owned with under 13k mi. He could have easily let me leave as I was committed to ordering a brand new one from the factory in Jan 2020 for a May 2020 delivery where the $ sale would have been greater but he didn't. I left and came back after the weekend after the thorough comparisons and proceeded with the Certified Pre Owned 2016 F-Type S. I must say that this was my best car shopping experience ever. Matt as ever, was very informative and he was answering my barrage of varied questions patiently and honestly. Salesman like Matt delivers an incredible service and gives a very pleasant experience before, during and perhaps more importantly after the sale acting as your "personal" contact and liaison with all departments such as service when needed. Often it isONE person who can help decide the decision to purchase at a dealership, where this persons committed service helps to bridge where perhaps other areas of a dealership and services after the sale pall in comparison. Matt is just that person. It is because of this that I and my partner will be coming to your showroom for the years ahead. More

I've purchased / leased many vehicles in my lifetime and never have I encountered such amazing General Manager and Sales Consultant like Matt Taneja and Michal Niezbecki. From the moment my husband and I walked in we were greeted with a warm smile and a great welcome and introduction by Matt. Instantly we felt we where in the right place to select our next vehicle. Matt was amazing! We had called ahead to express interest on a car they had and he had it ready for us to view in the front. He took his time explaining and educated us in all the features and extras the vehicle had, answered all of our questions, and made us feel like part of a family. He presented other options to consider and we ended up Leasing a car that had just come in that day. Michal came over to introduce himself and sat with us to go over options and lease structure. I was very impressed with Michal and his ability to engage his customers and offered up unsolicited GREAT advice. He was amazing! I've never had a General Manager provide great customer service and go above and beyond the call of duty. Morgan Richards from Finance was awesome! Go Bulls! Jeff Joiner was the most patient and knowledgable Sales Manager I've worked with.
