When we came back again, he was busy with the delivery of a vehicle and had Robbie continue the process. He was also great at helping us find the right vehicle. The best experience I've ever had purchasing a vehicle. I spotted a vehicle for my wife online that was at Crown Jaguar. I recently realized being a miser who refuses to buy anything I'm not prepared to pay for in cash was a detriment to my marriage whether I knew it or not. My wife is her own person, with her own ways and she need not blindly accept some ridiculous philosophy she married into. She'd suffer in silence till I gave up the ghost if that's what it took. I'm truly fortunate to have her. However, I mentioned buying a Tesla this year, and she opened up to me about her dream of owning a vehicle that does more than getting her from point A to point B. I had never thought about it. Selfish of me to not see this, or even ask. With a few questions and a bit of digging on my part I set out to get her what she deserves. My search led me to Crown Jaguar on a Saturday just before opening. I sat there in my 13 year old vehicle with 170k miles and was ready to fight to prove I'm no simpleton. "I can afford any car on this lot, and they're going to treat me as such!". Two minutes pass. It's 9AM - on a Saturday nonetheless - and the door opens. One of the kindest gentlemen I have ever met walked out and introduced himself. Two minutes later I was totally disarmed and off on a test drive., The salesman (Matt Taneja) asked me if I had any questions about the vehicle. I told him I'd done all my research, and then he asked about my family. We had a friendly chat for 15-20 minutes as he guided me back to the lot. After we'd parked, I decided I wanted it. That was all it took. I had a few questions from finance (Joe Sobczak another class act) about the particulars, but that was all there was to it. Less than two hours later I was off to surprise the missus with her new Navigator. She couldn't be any happier, nor could I. On the internet, the loudest people are the ones who are unhappy. I would say I'm no different, but I'm not. I've only left a handful of positive reviews in my lifetime. I was looking forward to leaving this one. I've been looking forward to leaving this review because I was so satisfied with my experience at Crown Jaguar. Not just that, but I know any vehicles I purchase in the future will be from Matt. He knows I'll be shopping for a Tesla later this year, and he'll be given notice before I start searching. Contrary to my expectations, it was a welcoming and warm experience. I would recommend Crown to any friends or family, and specifically Matt. I may be the worst judge of character when it comes to people, but that is only true when I feel someone is furtive or I make assumptions about someone with a glance. Thank God that didn't happen to me last week. However, when someone is a good, kind, generous person. I'm hardly ever wrong. I had that feeling about Matt the moment I met him. This is long, and I sound like a blow hard. I'm just that impressed. That's all there is too it. If you're on the fence, I hope my review serves as a tipping point. I will likely buy all of my future vehicles from Crown. More
