Ive simply ask for proof of an "outside influence" which is required by law to deny a warranty claim. Simply stating "we have seen this before and it must be the same cause" isnt acceptable. If you have proof of an outside influence that caused the failure please provide. However, denying a warranty claim over speculation is not only wrong but its illegal.
