While I did not get the best deal it was fair and simple transaction. Arrived as a customer felt like family when I left. No frills auto dealer that has a good inventory of quality used cars. Matt was a pleasure to work with, felt as though I knew him for years. Laid back, easy to converse with, made me comfortable purchasing a vehicle from a company that I knew nothing about other than seeing when I would park at Cramer. The experience was good until I took delivery. The truck I purchased was delivered to me with body damage to the driver side door. The dealership was not willing to make the situation right. They even denie I purchased was delivered to me with body damage to the driver side door. The dealership was not willing to make the situation right. They even denied that there was damage even after I went to 3 different body shops and they all confirmed that there was in fact damage. The only offer of "help" by management was to unwind the deal but by this time I had already paid my state tax and fees to register the truck in CA. I would not recommend this dealer as if you have a problem, don't expect them to do the right thing and take care of the customer. Currently my email attempts to the manager, Matt Wagner are being ignored. More
