Alana, Shannon, and the whole team at Fred Anderson were great. It took several months for me to decide on a new vehicle and the online sales team kept in constant contact without being pushy or making me f great. It took several months for me to decide on a new vehicle and the online sales team kept in constant contact without being pushy or making me feel pressured to make a decision. When I came in person, Alana was able to immediately help me. I never had to wait. Once we decided on a vehicle, we ordered it and Alana provided me with weekly updates as to the status. Once the vehicle arrived, I was in and out of the dealership in about an hour with all paperwork completed. They are very respectful of your time. I contacted several dealerships prior to deciding on Fred Anderson and no one else compared in customer service or communication. 10/10 would recommend. More

Alana was our perfect salesperson! Warm, friendly and Knowledgeable! We were like family from day one.
