Our experience at Fred Anderson was nothing short of excellent! Faye helped us from the moment we walked onto the lot two months ago to shop for a new 4Runner. The pandemic put a big delay on the shipments of new vehicles, but throughout the two-month wait, Faye's communication was outstanding. We never felt like we had no idea what happened to our deposit or when we might see our new car. Our car was delivered yesterday and the experience of finalizing the purchase today was great. Faye was so helpful in explaining all the electronics and ins and outs of our car. Excellent all the way around! More
