There was no high pressure tactics involved, and we could definitely tell that she truly cared about us as a customer and did everything she could to get us the best deal possible. Faye Bustos is a complete rockstar on this sales force as well! Without her adept knowledge and expertise in the automotive sales department we would have been completely lost from the get-go. Each member on this team worked hand in hand to bring us to the finish line with smiles on our faces. In the managerial department, Matt Worlock brought the whole deal to home plate on the financing end of things and squared away a killer deal for us and waged battle to get us the indisputably lowest interest within realm of his professional capabilities. I wanted a 4Runner that was the best mix of value and capability. After having 5 Jeeps Wranglers previously, I was looking for a vehicle capable of really going off road like my Wranglers, but perform better than a Wrangler on the road for longer trips. Chris was very knowledgeable about the features and options, was persistant and accommodating of my schedule. Ended up getting a used 4Runner that met our needs and fit into my budget. Having come from new Jeeps, the prices of the 4Runners was higher than expected for something that we were using in the Mud and off road, but looking forward to years of getting it dirty. More
