Great salesman Matt was such a gracious and easygoing host when I first walked on the lot. He listened to what I wanted and offered his suggestions and some ideas. Matt was the first sales associate we encountered that day, he was friendly, and had a very pleasant disposition about him. Matt listened to what both my daughter and I were saying, and came up with a very agreeable compromise. We were given the opportunity to take the vechical home for the weekend, and that processes was effortless. On Monday we made an offer, and are happy owners of a 2009 Rav4 sport, as my daughter affectionately refers to as her "Whip." :) More

The salesman everyone hopes for. I bought a truck as a graduation present after completing my degree in mechanical engineering. Having already done a good bit of research I had a pret I bought a truck as a graduation present after completing my degree in mechanical engineering. Having already done a good bit of research I had a pretty good about idea what I wanted. That being said, the first day I showed up to the dealership I acted as though I really didn't know much about Toyota trucks. I was interested in seeing how the salesman would approach the sale to a guy who knew very little and wanted to know how knowledgeable my salesman would be on the vehicle I wanted. That lasted for all of about 10 minutes... Matt Worlock greeted me at the front door of the dealership with a handshake and a smile. First words spoken were "Good to see you brother, I'm Matt, what truck are you interested in learning about today". Needless to say I was a little coughing off guard, but I attempted to proceed with my aforementioned plan. After walking inside I explained that I was looking for a mid sized truck and really liked the off road performance of the new Chevrolet ZR2. Without skipping a beat Matt walked me straight out of the back door of the dealership to his personal Tacoma Off Road. He then proceeded to talk about the functionality of the factory Tacoma and the upgrades he made to his vehicle. Never once did I feel like he was pushing the sale and he never really talk down Toyota's competition. He did exactly what he said he was going to do when I first shook his hand, he tought me everything I could possibly want to know about the Tacoma. This, helping the buyer make an educated decision, is exactly what I was looking for in a salesman. I started off by saying that I just graduated as a Mechanic Engineer, the grammatical and potential spelling errors should lend credence to this being a real and honest review. I couldn't ask for a better buying experience; that's exactly why I came back to the dealership the next day. I shook mats hand a second time after buying the exact same truck he had me test drive. I couldn't be any happier!!! More
