From having the car ready upon arrival, test-driving, explanations of features and bells & whistles, finding various models to look at, etc... he was laid-back in his approach and not pushy. Once a decision and financing was done he even video-taped a review of features as a reminder. Many folks would have taken their completed paperwork and called it a done deal but he assisted with cleaning out the old car and reviewing all the features. A great guy and a joy to work with with. Same goes for Alesia Durr who went out of her way to genuinely help us find a way to address and answer our needs and further explain terms and offers. This team worked hard to help us get what we want but did so in a personalized, no-pressure and professional manner. Excellent staff and buying experience. More
