That’s what we love to hear! Making things easy and pressure-free is exactly the experience we aim for—especially when it’s a big moment like sending your daughter off to college (with a great car to go with her). Thanks for the kind words and the recommendation. We’ll be ready when it’s time for the next one—Tony Serra Nissan in Cullman doesn’t do “complicated.”

I am very happy with the Titan I purchased. However, the help since the purchase has been lacking. I have trouble reaching the people I need to talk to. Word has been broken several times now. More

Hi Stan, We’re sorry to hear about the stress you’ve mentioned—your health matters, and we do respect that. But posting the same story over and over doesn’t turn it into something new (or true). We stand by the agreements that were signed, and no amount of copy‑and‑paste changes the facts. If venting online is helping, keep at it—but if you actually want to review your paperwork and talk solutions, our customer service ninja Maxine is ready at (256) 676‑2435. She’s great at real answers… and much less repetitive.

Hi Shane, We’ve seen some creative driving in our day—but trying to keep a rebate you didn’t qualify for takes a special kind of spin. We caught the error right away and kindly asked you to swing by and re-sign the deal properly. Instead, you doubled down, ignored the contract you already signed, a nd played the victim card—bold move. At Tony Serra Nissan in Cullman, we own our mistakes and fix them fast. But when someone tries to take advantage of an honest correction, we won’t pretend that’s normal. Cars are negotiable—character shouldn’t be.

Tony Serra Nissan responded

Shane, let’s not overcomplicate things. You signed a deal. We spotted an issue. We asked to fix it. Pretty normal stuff. Not exactly the plot twist you made it out to be. It’s kind of like walking out of a bank with extra cash, knowing it’s not yours, and then acting shocked when someone calls you back. We weren’t mad—we just figured the right thing’s still the right thing, even when it's inconvenient. We’ll keep doing business with clear contracts, straight talk, and the occasional reminder that integrity isn’t seasonal.

Shane responded

Your clearly listed online price, minus trade in, plus tax, title, and misc. fees equals exactly what I paid and financed. The following day your dealership told me to either bring in 2,500 dollars or resign at a higher payment. When I refused Matteo threatened to send the 2,500 to a collection agency. Either your clearly listed online price was false advertising, or someone from your dealership incompetently listed a wrong price. Neither of these options is something I am financially responsible for! I paid asking price, I didn't try and talk you down on the price even 1 dollar. You are trying to make me financially responsible for your discrepancy, then calling my character into question? Above you just mentioned at Tony Serra we own our mistakes; you need to reword that to we own our mistakes after we make the customer pay for it!

Shane responded

I can definitely see how facts and truths can overcomplicate the image your business is trying to pretend to have. I wasn't asked to fix your price discrepancy; I was told to either fix it or face collections If we are going to tell a story, lets at least make it a true one. I didn't walk out with anything extra, I walked out owing exactly what was discussed and agreed upon. I engaged in straight talk, have a clear contract, and am now appalled by the lack of integrity your dealership is displaying by trying to ask for more money after handshakes were made and contracts were signed.
