It took 41/2 hours for an oil change and I had an appointment. If you are that short of help you need to change the way you schedule your clients. Purchased 3 cars here. Service is always good. Reps are always friendly. Wait times can sometimes be a bit long, but I realize they are doing the best that they can. Had a Service is always good. I waited too long for an oil change and the Maintenance required light was not even reset . Also no sticker to indicate when next oil change is due. Also they were supposed to wash car and never did. It was my first time having my vehicle serviced by Gettel and it got off to a rocky start. I did not know how your service line worked and the employee I talked to was less than friendly. My oil change and and it got off to a rocky start. I did not know how your service line worked and the employee I talked to was less than friendly. My oil change and tire rotate were fine, but I had written on my appointment and let the man who took care of me know I had a tire with a slow leak. When checking out, I asked about what they found and was told all my tires were low. That's not my issue. I have one tire constantly leaking. I told him before the service it lasts a week before I need to refill it. The issue was not addressed and I suspect not looked into. So now I'll take it elsewhere to have the tire looked at. I'll come back to Gettel for my service plan, but will remain skeptical for all other forms of service. More
