I had my car in for a 20000 mile service on Jan 20. On Jan 23, we took it back as the electrical system failed and the fuel door would not open. The battery was replaced and a spring on the fuel door On Jan 23, we took it back as the electrical system failed and the fuel door would not open. The battery was replaced and a spring on the fuel door was replaced as it was broken. Why were these items not found on the previous visit 3 days before. Also the service advisor on second visit was rude and called us liars. He claimed that the brake fluid needed to be replaced and we had been told 5 times before. I have not even had my car in for service 5 times. That would have been when i bought the car. So did you sell me a car with bad brake fluid? I will never have that advisor assist me again! His name is Matthew Bitterhoff. Your employees should represent the business and he is not a good asset. More

You wait in a 45 minute line to drop off your car even when you have an appointment. They misinform you to spend more money at their device center. It took them 2 days to do tires and shocks. 3 hours is way too long for an oil change and tire rotation. I even had an appointment. They also came out with a list of things that needed to be done with my vehicle, some of which I had done in t rotation. I even had an appointment. They also came out with a list of things that needed to be done with my vehicle, some of which I had done in the last couple years. Matthew was great and explained everything, so that’s why I didn’t give a worse rating. More
