They were very nice and polite. I didn’t have to wait a lot so that’s great! They also gave me advice in my rav 4 tires and this Time they washed it . Last time they didn’t. I am very disappointed in the service I received. The scheduled maintenance was, I believe, fine; but the treatment of the problem I reported was unsatisfactory. I reported that my rear window defr The scheduled maintenance was, I believe, fine; but the treatment of the problem I reported was unsatisfactory. I reported that my rear window defroster did not work. The car was returned to me with the statement that there was no problem. That evening after an event the rear window of my car was fogged when I got into the car. I turned on the rear window defroster and left it on all the way home, 25 minutes. By the time I reached home there was NO change in the condition of my rear window, not even a line to show that the heater had been on. The rear window defroster light had been on but there was no visible progress. I do not know what the troubleshooting procedure is for Gettel for rear window defrosters, but it appears to me that, what ever it is, it is not sufficient. This causes me to question the quality/completeness of their other services/troubleshooting. More
