I would have given the service center 5 stars but having to wait 30 minutes to drop off my car for a scheduled appointment was too much! My service manager Matthew Bitteroff was outstanding and the work don to wait 30 minutes to drop off my car for a scheduled appointment was too much! My service manager Matthew Bitteroff was outstanding and the work done (10,000 mile service) was fine but the wait was ridiculous. People were lined up in their cars, cars were cutting ahead of each other it was an aggressive and upsetting situation. More

Good experience with Matthew. Everything ( 4 problems) was finished in a timely manner.
