I had been in multiple times trying to determine which truck was the best fit for me, every time I was treated like family. Matt was patient and accommodating with my specific situation, Eddie in finance truck was the best fit for me, every time I was treated like family. Matt was patient and accommodating with my specific situation, Eddie in finance went over and explained every question I had and was very helpful in regards to extending warranties and was never pressing to sell something I hadn’t ask for. Cheyenne also was very helpful and continues to accommodate with any questions I may have. I have bought many cars over the years, this was the first time it was like I was at a outing with friends. Had a bad experience with a truck at first but Matt Breedlove and Jeff made it right and I left in a much nicer truck! Very clean and nice dealership, the team took care of us and any issues we had the Breedlove and Jeff made it right and I left in a much nicer truck! Very clean and nice dealership, the team took care of us and any issues we had they made up for it! Gave 4 stars because I feel the manager Jeff should have atleast taken some money off the next truck or offered some incentive in warranty since the first one broke down and had to be trailed back the next day and I had to drive 8 hours back to the dealership to get another truck. Other wise was an overall good experience. Matt was great, thanks for the lunch recommendation Matt it was great! More

Went Saturday to purchase a new 2021 ram 1500. Told the sales Rep that I needed the tow package cause I tow alot. Picked out a 2021 ram 1500 warlock. Spent most the time in the waiting room getting agitate sales Rep that I needed the tow package cause I tow alot. Picked out a 2021 ram 1500 warlock. Spent most the time in the waiting room getting agitated and waiting to see the truck. It was almost closing time and was being rush to close the deal so I quickly inspected the truck saw the tow plug in but didn't look further down cause I expected to have a tow package included cause it was the main package I ask for. Closed the deal and got home to discover no hitch so since Sunday they were closed and open on Monday I called as soon as they open and ask for the missing hitch then told they will call back but didn't until I called and finally got a hold of the sales rep and explained to him that I specifically wanted the tow package and it didn't have the hitch but everything else then that xxxxx told me the sale is final and I should have inspected it better but he could sale me the hitch. Now I'm livid and disrespected like I just got suckered into a deal I would have never closed on. Is that how they treat a veteran and I'll make sure everyone knows. xxxx poor customer service! More
