Wonderful experience! We stopped by for my dad to look at a2019 Murano. Matt Crawford was the dealer who greeted us. He was friendly and knowledgeable. He stood back and We stopped by for my dad to look at a2019 Murano. Matt Crawford was the dealer who greeted us. He was friendly and knowledgeable. He stood back and let my dad look and think but quickly answered he questions he had. He listened to my dad's concerns and didn't make him feel pressured in any way. We went back the next day and dad is now the proud owner of a 2019 Murano! I cannot say enough good things about our experience with Matt; however, our interaction with every one (especially Riley in finance) we came in contact with was friendly and professional. More
