What started out as a great experience with an amazing sales rep quickly turned south. I am extremely unhappy and disappointed with my experience at this dealership. Throughout the entire process, I was repeatedly given expectations, promises, and timelines that were never met. Communication was poor, and every time I was told something would be done by a certain date, it either did not happen or I was left chasing updates myself. What made this experience even worse was the complete lack of accountability from management. The general manager showed absolutely no interest in making the situation right or even attempting to resolve the ongoing issues. Instead of taking customer concerns seriously, it felt like I was being dismissed the entire time. The most unprofessional part of this experience came from the service manager, she openly mocked me and made fun of me, not realizing that both my boyfriend and I could hear her. Hearing employees speak about customers that way was shocking, disrespectful, and completely unacceptable in any professional setting. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone based on the way customers are treated once problems arise. This experience was frustrating, stressful, and far below the level of professionalism I expected. To top it all off, even after the final visit, I was told my car was 100% complete (3rd times a charm), I had to go out of my way to get a sticker, an alignment and balance the new tires that were put on after a long battle.
