My (John completing this survey) rating is based on the following: We are retired and in our 70's making our first EV purchase/lease, there was very My (John completing this survey) rating is based on the following: We are retired and in our 70's making our first EV purchase/lease, there was very little help in the intro and education to the EV experience other than Matt spending a few minutes in the car going through the various functions etc. Matt did a great job however, bringing new owners into the new world of EV's especially for senior purchasers, it would be a big help to setup some kind of a post purchase workshop for new EV owners maybe a week or two after taking delivery, we have to rely on YouTube and Owners FB Groups to answer questions that come up. I would think that the dealership would want to be involved more post purchase on this new technology and ownership in order to foster a loyal and repeat customer. More

Mathew was extremely sweet and helpful although he wasn’t going to work the day I was coming in he set me up to be with Tin. Now Tin is one of the kindest, honest, hard working humans I have ever met in the going to work the day I was coming in he set me up to be with Tin. Being a female I brought my boyfriend to come and make sure I wasn’t taken advantage of. I ended up purchasing two vehicles from Tin and will always end up calling him directly for all my car needs. Their manager Mario was extremely personable and got on the phone himself to thank me after I bought both vehicles. Any issues I had they were promptly on and never let me down. For anyone looking for a trustworthy dealership I would only recommend speaking to these guys. They know that integrity means everything and you never know who will come walking thru the door ready to purchase a car cash out right. They treated me with respect, had humility the entire time and I couldn’t thank their manager enough. Tin deserves a raise and Mario is managing an epic team. Thanks guys! More
