My (John completing this survey) rating is based on the following: We are retired and in our 70's making our first EV purchase/lease, there was very My (John completing this survey) rating is based on the following: We are retired and in our 70's making our first EV purchase/lease, there was very little help in the intro and education to the EV experience other than Matt spending a few minutes in the car going through the various functions etc. Matt did a great job however, bringing new owners into the new world of EV's especially for senior purchasers, it would be a big help to setup some kind of a post purchase workshop for new EV owners maybe a week or two after taking delivery, we have to rely on YouTube and Owners FB Groups to answer questions that come up. I would think that the dealership would want to be involved more post purchase on this new technology and ownership in order to foster a loyal and repeat customer. More
