Purchase of F350 David did a great job of answering questions. In one case when asked about the tow ratings of the vehicle and he did not have an answer, he went and David did a great job of answering questions. In one case when asked about the tow ratings of the vehicle and he did not have an answer, he went and found an answer. What was somewhat disappointing was when we went to pick up the vehicle, it did not have the bed tie downs and there were no floor mats in the vehicle. We took the items from the F250 that was traded. More
