Ruined my vehicle I took my Escape in because it was leaking from a pinion seal and these guys didn't fix it even after having it for 9 days . And when I brought it ba I took my Escape in because it was leaking from a pinion seal and these guys didn't fix it even after having it for 9 days . And when I brought it back because of the same leak Jorge told me it was an oil leak and that I should take it back to the place I had gotten the oil changed and have them check it. So I did and they said it was a leak from my transfer case. But before I got it back into Ford my transfer case cracked when the internal components failed due to a lack of "lubrosity". And I was told they would charge $3200.00 it fix. But he'd cut me a break on the labor. Ha ! Shame on you guys for being inept and trying to take advantage of people. I brought my vehicle to you because I thought the name Ford stood for something respectable. Nothing about my experience has been good. More

Great sales staff My sales guy was awesome , he understood what I wanted, listened to my needs and found me something that would work. I agreed on the price and had a great experience until I went to finance , you finance guy proceeded to tell me I could not get qualified through the bank unless I purchased an extended warranty. Now I understand selling warranties and offering them as a sales side. However when I am lied to and told I cannot get qualified through a bank unless i purchase 4,000 worth of stuff that is not right. The finance guy was pushy and rude the entire time I was doing a deal trying to lie and force me into something I didn't need, I was told that the bank would only approve me on the car if I added 4,000 to my deal and that was the way I would get a lower interest...I was not happy . I walked away and almost didn't come back . Thankfully my sales guy made it right and made the deal happen! Extremely disappointed in your finance guy ... and because of him I would not send people to your dealership if they had to work with him . More

My mother in law and my wife have been in there for oil changes and such and have always had a great experience; great customer service, professional technicians and service writers and overall a great customer- friendly atmosphere. Saturday we purchased our first SUV from Spradley-Barr Greeley and I have to say that this experience was the Best I have ever had in all my years of buying new and used vehicles; I am 58. From the outset our salesman David Merems made us comfortable. I was truly amazed at his in-depth knowledge of the 2018 Ford Explorer we later purchased from him. He was open, honest, transparent and willing to do whatever necessary to help us purchase this awesome SUV. I have pretty good discernment most times and can read people fairly well. David didn't try to "shine us on" and even though he is a Dodger's fan and we love the Colorado Rockies we STILL purchased the vehicle. He was humorous, quick and on the ball. I can't say enough. He didn't try the hard sell, wasn't pushy and really put us at ease. The entire experience was exceptional! Thank You David, and all the folks at Spradley-Barr Greeley.
