Kyle the financial advisor was extemely helpful processing the purchase and getting my financing of the car at a reasonable value. My whole envolvement it the purchase took about a week. More

Good job in the beginning with pictures and video which we paid extra for. The car didn't sell in the end but after a couple months there was very little contact. After several months of no contact and us having to contact them the last time to check on the car, they contacted us and told us the car needed to be picked up. We arranged for a hauler to pick the car up. They never sent us release forms, and let the gentleman take the car without and documentation or verification. That is very concerning to me. When the car was delivered back to us it was the dirtiest it had ever been. When we contacted the associate about these things he just said "well sometimes we just miss things". They missed several things. These aren't used cars on the corner they are classic cars that people put their life into. I would not recommend the Charlotte location to sell a moped. More
