Especially for those who, like us, have to drive a long way to reach Fred Anderson (Charleston), it was critical I had confidence in my sales consultant. Eddie was thorough, attentive, honest, and very well informed. I actually felt like Eddie was looking out for me and my wife. We sold our 2015 Highlander Hybrid for the same process offered by any other dealership or internet service and the cost of the car was exactly what Eddie said it would be... no hidden fees, no surprises. There is simply nothing I could recommend for improvement and I can't imagine how Eddie Cooks could be a better sales consultant. More
