New and Improved I was not planning to purchase a vehicle but my older one was getting tired. I had a strict budget and tight mileage requirements. Matthew took the time to listen to my needs and limitations, and explain the few vehicles that met my requirements. He was knowledgeable, friendly, patient, understanding, and always accessible to answer any question. He never tried to push me into purchasing something I could not afford or that I did not want. Upon finding the right vehicle, in a short time, Matthew had me drive a similar model to ensure I liked it not only on paper but in person as well, as the one we found was located on another lot. He wanted to make sure I was happy and making a lasting purchase, not settling for any vehicle. He even and had the vehicle I decided on transported in the next day! Matthew stayed active in the deal even after turning me over to finance and went out of his way to make sure my new payment would fit into my almost unrealistically tight budget when things hit snags. I am beyond ecstatic and feel very blessed to have found my new-to-me vehicle and with the amazing deal I got! Melissa in Finance is fabulous as well; she patiently delivered excellent customer service, even after having to completely redo all my paperwork. More

I looked for the best Toyota dealership and after reading many reviews, selected Anderson because of the reviews and a great General Manager, Steven Rhoads. Steven directed me to Matthew, and I am glad he did. I told him I wanted a new Rav4XLE and the rest was up to him. Matthew selected one exactly what what I wanted. Never once was I pressured into anything, and my vehicle was delivered to my front door as promised. As I said, I never spoke with Matthew but if I did it would be “Thank You Matthew, I will not forget you!” More
