I fell in love with the new model, and he got right to the point about getting us the best deal. No hassling or haggling here, just added me to the Toyota family with ease. While we mostly worked with Matt in the actual purchase, I also have to give credit to Tonya, who introduced me to the RAV while Matt was out of the office.
