Went to a few dealerships and did not have a good experience so I contacted Fred Anderson Toyota of Charleston via the internet. I worked over the phone initially which was an extremely positive experience. I scheduled an appointment and they had the car ready when I arrived. It was what we wanted. After some negotiating we came to an agreed price. Within 30 minutes we shook hands and started the paperwork. Matthew Laurence and Blake Dunn were very friendly, professional and courteous in getting to the numbers for me to buy the car. Easy quick experience with 2 seasoned veterans in the car business. Matthew even delivered the car to our home and took the time to go over every aspect of the car with my wife. I would like to also give recognition to Lauren Foster who I worked with me on the internet and phone in getting me to Fred Anderson. Overall a great experience and when it comes time to buy another vehicle I will not have to think twice before I call Matthew Laurence for my next purchase. More
