I would not bring my bicycle in there to have it serviced.A year after having my truck in there I’m still finding stuff wrong with it that they did wrong. The only one I can say something good about is the general manager They basically destroyed the trim in my truck and I’m still trying to figure out how to put it back together. i’ve been a Ford man for life and have dealt with another dealership in town for all my cars. The only reason I went to this one is because it was more convenient as far as location boy did I make a big mistake. if somebody from their customer service department cares to contact me, we can discuss it, but I don’t think there’s much longer gonna be able to say in defense of themselves. Bottom line is Veterans Ford sucks and gets no stars. More
