Update 1/6/26: Still waiting to get my car back since 11/18/25. I tried everything to get a manager to call me with no success. Being paying the car payments on top of the car rental. They claimed that i 11/18/25. I tried everything to get a manager to call me with no success. Being paying the car payments on top of the car rental. They claimed that in almost 2 months with the car they can't find the problem. Losing so much money with this car rental that this is worst than horrible. I'll no choice but to spend more money and hire an attorney. Stay away everything is good till you need them. Horrible experience so far. My son and I bought a used 2020 Explorer platinum from this dealership. We decided to do it because it was a reputable place and they got the buy the promise policy. Saw it on line and bought. We live about 3 hours away. When you turn on the explorer a check lamp system light came on and then turned off. 30 minutes out and the headlights shut off. We had to drive home over 2hrs with no headlights. Called the salesman and told him and said that they were going to fix it. Made the appointment and the gave me a f150 as loaner. Called 2 hrs later said it was fix. Picked it up and 2 hrs into the trip warning light came back on and again no headlights. Called, texted and I got ghosted. 4 week ago after trying get a manager finally a lady from service setup another appointment. I went and when the salesman saw me turned white and asked what I was doing there. I explained left the explorer and left this time with no loaner. 4 weeks later they still got my car, Called service department and no one knew where the vehicle was. After a few phone I calls a service lady Rebecca got with salesman because she couldn't figure out which service department had it. No answer still, they still got the vehicle. I have done 2 car payment but with no car. No manager yet cared to call. Stay away from this dealership More
